SMB is managed by a board of directors assisted by the Technical Committee of Finance and Commerce.

The technical committee (TC) makes recommendations to the board of directors and the committee of technical investments and unit operating programmes.

The Commercial and Financial Committee (CFC) is also the adviser to the board of directors. It stresses the need to control the existing markets as well as the new market shares where necessary and the adequacy of operating costs to the activity level.

This committee brings wise and relevant advices to the board of directors to close off accounts that will be submitted to the approval of shareholders Ordinary General Assembly.

The company is managed by the managing direction that supervises many management operations namely commercial and marketing management and financial management.

The board of management is made up of:
